What led you to pursue a career in your current role, and how did you get started in the field?

Working with growth-companies was exciting and rewarding. I realised that I had not only the knowledge but the temperament to guide them through the maze of complexity from start-up to success.

What do you enjoy most about your job, and what do you find most challenging?

The most enjoyable elements are building relationships and learning. The most challenging and frustrating elements of my role lie when not everyone is focused on the same goal.

What do you believe are the most important qualities for success in your current role, and how do you strive to embody those qualities in your work?

Communication, trust, teamwork and knowledge are the cornerstones of being a good accountant. I hope that over the years those that have worked with me, clients as well as my team will confirm that I seek to promote these qualities.
