Commercial and residential service charge audits

Wisteria are hugely experienced dealing with both commercial and residential service charge audits. We work with managing agents with property management software, or those without. Our aim from day one is to set up a process allowing this task to be completed on an annual basis with minimal distribution, in a cost effective and timely manner.

Our aim is to ensure that we spend only one day on site for each engagement, with the rest of the work then completed at our office, without the need to disrupt your business any further.

A flexible service

Our service is very flexible to best suit you.  This often involves us taking on company secretarial tasks for property companies and managing share transfers and statutory books for residential blocks.  We also provide VAT and capital allowance advice on the acquisition of new properties or upon redevelopment.

As a smaller firm, our fees are very competitive in a service area that has often been dominated by larger firms with bloated fees. We can work on a fixed fee basis and always agree a delivery date at the start of the project.
