Andrew Millet BA FCA MBA
Position: Wisteria Practice Principal, Business Advisor and Accountant
Andrew specialises as a business consultant and part-time finance director for a number of Wisteria's clients. This involves among other things writing business plans; implementing systems and discipline; financial control work; cash management; reporting to the board; providing management information; liaising with investors; and fund-raising.
As practice principal Andrew is also responsible for the smooth running of the practice.
After qualifying with Stoy Hayward in 1994 Andrew moved out of practice into commerce. Andrew took a number of roles with early stage businesses as finance director. All were hugely successful and involved a broad range of skills from financial control, cash management, book keeping, to investor relations. Andrew has been directly involved in a number of MBO's acquisitions, trade sells and mergers.
Andrew is married with two children and his interests are improving his golf, watercolours and spending time with his family.
